Booking the "COLLECTION OF MY FRAME" means that we will send the courier to your home (FREE on the whole Italian territory), which will collect your lenses without lenses, so that you can send them to our optical laboratories: once your frame will reach our laboratories, we will make and assemble your lenses, which you will choose in order, within your frame of any size or shape it is; once the glasses are ready having passed all the qualitative tests of our lenses, we will organize the delivery to be able to send you back to your address (FREE even at an address different from the pick-up address) your complete mount with the new lenses already assembled within your previously withdrawn frame. Your prescription lenses will be made based precisely on the measurements of your frame and based on the data reported on your medical examination (diopter) that you have attached to the order.

All our lenses are 100% Made In Italy certified, complying with all European 93/42 EEC directives on medical devices identified with the CE mark and also meeting the European standards EN ISO 14889 and EN ISO 8980. Our lenses are made inside of sterile laboratories by highly qualified and competent optometrists technicians.

To be able to proceed with the correct realization of your personalized vision lenses, it is mandatory to attach the prescription of your lenses made by your trusted optician to the order. We care a lot about the quality of our products, so to be able to receive your complete glasses with our personalized vision lenses, according to your diopters, you will have to wait 6 working days.

- Upload your eye examination (DIOTTRIE) or take a sharp photo from your smartphone:

Attach the file of your medical examination. You can attach both PDF and any other type of file format, as well as being able to take a picture from your Smartphone preferably clear and legible.

Choose your individual eye shade so you can determine the price of your prescription lenses. (If you choose a gradation different from the medical examination that you allegherai, you will be contacted for the adjustment of the price of the single lens)

- Choose your favorite color:

Choose the color you prefer for your lenses.

- I reserve the COLLECTION OF MY FRAME for the day (by 12:00 for collection on today's date):

Enter the date on which you will be available to receive the courier at your address, to be able to deliver the package containing YOUR frame: the courier will in turn send us your frame to our optical laboratory.

If you are available to be able to prepare your package containing your frame and receive the courier today, you can book the collection by selecting today's date only and only if your collection booking (precisely your order) will be entered by 12:00. You can book the collection for all days of the week except Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.

(We will send you by e-mail the destination address that you will need to write or print on a sheet and which you will have to make on your package containing your frame; our courier will do the rest)

- Time band (the time chosen is not mandatory but indicative):

Choose the time slot in which you prefer to receive the courier to deliver your package containing your frame. The time slot you select (Morning or Afternoon) is not intended as a mandatory but guideline for the courier.

Enter the Name and Surname of the person who will physically deliver your package to the courier.

If you have any, enter additional directions for the courier, for example: pick up a parcel at an "Xy" company

Enter address and street number where the courier will go to collect your package.

Enter the city and province where the courier will go to collect your package.

- Country:

Enter the country where the courier will go to pick up your package. In Italy the withdrawal of your frame is totally FREE. For all other countries you will find the costs next to each individual country and consequently you will add to the total cart.

- Zip Code:

Enter the postal code where the courier will go to collect your package.

- Mail:

Enter your email address where you prefer to receive our destination address which you will need to write or print on your package.

- Phone:

Enter your phone number we will send to the courier, so that you can contact you for any problems concerning the withdrawal of your package.

- It is agreed that I will receive my frame with these lenses within 6 working days of collection:

In order to make and fit your vision lenses to perfection, we need 6 working days, since we care a lot about the quality of our products. As soon as the product is ready, we will ship immediately.

As soon as you have filled in all the fields you will need to click on the "BUY" button. In the next steps, the system will ask you for the address and DELIVERY data instead, that is the address where you will prefer to receive your complete mount of your new prescription lenses. The delivery address of your finished and complete product may also be different from the collection address of the frame, for example: Collection of my frame in Rome on Via Xy and delivery of my complete frame with my prescription lenses in Milan Via xY. Also the delivery is totally FREE on the whole Italian territory, while for the other countries you will find the costs on the dedicated page.
